Income Confirmation Service
No. You are only able to provide consent for yourself. If one of your household members wants to also provide consent, they can submit their own form via their own Housing Connect account.
Rent Deduction Scheme (RDS)
An RDS payment arrangement allows you to pay your rent, or other charges directly from your Centrelink payments to Housing SA.
Complete the 'Rent Deduction Scheme' form to set-up a payment arrangement.
Housing SA will only approve arrangements below the minimum repayment amount if evidence of temporary financial hardship can be provided.
Contact Housing SA on 131 299 to discuss your situation.
Only segments with a current debt will appear.
If you are a tenant, your rent and water segment will also appear.
Yes. When completing the 'Rent Deduction Scheme' form, select 'Other' from the 'Account Payment Reference Number' drop-down, then enter the payment reference number for the account segment you will pay to.
Centrelink will send you a letter telling you your start date, most likely from your next payment. You need to make other arrangements to meet your payment obligations before this start date, e.g. BPAY or pay at the post office.
If you are not ready for the RDS deduction to start from your next payment, don't complete this form. You will need to make payments using another method e.g. BPAY or pay at the post office.
Complete a new online 'Rent Deduction Scheme' form.
Select 'Other' from the 'Centrelink Payment Type' drop-down, and then enter in the payment type you are receiving.
